We have now re-structured our business
In order to expand and prosper, (and for me to have a life), we are changing the way we do business; but will still be targeting excellent customer service.
In the past two years Coral Plantations has been developing its reputation and expertise in designing building, installing and setting-up / maintaining large marine aquariums in luxury Gold Coast homes and development projects; as well as in general consulting to industry.
We have successfully completed numerous major contracts. This is where we are now going to concentrate our activities in the future rather than the retail sector.
Our aim in the New Year is to better service our customers through a mobile and pre-ordering service rather than through a full retail outlet as we have now. AND, because of less overheads we will be able to offer this service to you at better than regular current prices
We now have an excellent major fish supplier with a large holding capacity so we are able to order in just what we need for customers without the need for housing a lot of livestock… The same goes for corals. (We will still be holding a small quantity of livestock for small orders)
For those of you who would like to operate the easy way, we will be regularly sending you our stock order for livestock AND for aquarium supplies; and then we will arrange delivery. This will include items like food, supplements, chemicals salt, cleaning items, pumps, lights etc.
We have closed down the factory at Currumbin and will operate out of a base in the Surfers Paradise area in Bundall Rd
PLEASE NOTE; As well as custom built tanks and consulting, on-site trouble-shooting services (at your location) and major tank maintenance programs, these will remain part of our on-going work commitment and expansion in the future.
